Your Responsibilities

You will operate the aircraft in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) following the company Operations Manual and Flight Manual. Follow precise, documented steps to check and verify the condition of aircraft prior to and following every flight, and document complete findings in the aircraft technical log.

Complete pre-flight checks before take-off by verifying compliance with weight limits.

As one of our Captains you will have excellent interpersonal communication, decision making skills as well as the ability to function providing the highest level of customer care. We operate within a highly competitive segment of the market where exceptional service and commercial awareness is essential. You should be immaculately presented at all times.

This is a permanent full-time position. You will operate to a fixed roster flying mainly in Europe but we do hold a Worldwide AOC which may, on occasion, see you operate outside of this area.

Due to the nature of what we do we always look for those individuals who can offer flexibility where required.

Complete post-flight documentation accurately by listing all relevant operational and instrumentation details and recommending maintenance procedures or changes in flight schedule when necessary.

You will coordinate the tasks of your team to ensure a satisfactory outcome and that standard and emergency procedures adhere to regulations on the ground and
in the air.

Requirements

  • Business aviation background is preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • An entrepreneurial mind set and strong commercial spirit
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Familiar with Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in Malta
  • Knowledge of platforms such as;  Avinode, ReturnJet & Leon.
