JUNIOR SALES COORDINATOR (Malta)

Working in the fast-paced world of private aviation, you’ll assist with charter enquiries, client communications, contracts and day-to-day sales administration, helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for clients around the world.This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the exciting and fast-growing world of private aviation.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Support the Charter Sales Team with day-to-day administration
- Prepare quotations, contracts and charter documentation
- Liaise with clients, brokers and aircraft operators worldwide
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Crewing teams
- Assist in delivering a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous administration, customer service or sales support experience is preferred
- Aviation experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Legally authorised to work in Malta
