Our staff are employed full-time and exceed CAA regulations relative to hours of overall flying time and hours dedicated to their specific aircraft. All flight crews receive ongoing safety training every six months in state-of-the art aircraft flight simulators.
We have a rigorous recruitment protocol and all of our pilots hold Commercial and Airline Pilot licenses with full type ratings. Your flight with us will always consist of two fully trained and experienced pilots. Our pilots are backed up by our senior flight operations management team who risk assess every single flight and are always ready to incorporate mitigating measures if required.
Our flight crew training syllabus involves in-depth simulator and ground training at no less than six monthly intervals. Specialist training for low visibility operations, oceanic operations and special mountainous airports are always completed to the highest of standards. Our trained crew can offer flights to specialist European airports such as Annecy, Chambery, Innsbruck, London City and Sion.
Safety and training go far beyond just inside the flight deck. Our Cabin Crew are fully safety trained and attested crew members, meaning that they undergo a full program of safety training when joining us. This is the highest level of cabin safety and customer service standards.
As we operate some of the most advanced private jets in the world, our training demands and continuing standards are second to none. Our team ensures that our training program is fully tailored to our operation on all of our aircraft fleets worldwide.

The Management team will offer professional expert advice at every level from the initial implementation right through to operational support.
Our Operations department offers 24/7 support cover.
Our accounting system is 100% transparent. We provide owners with monthly financial reports, including detailed breakdowns of hours flown, running costs and revenue. We will keep you up to date with maintenance and compliance checks. All back up documentation will be provided to the client detailing services provided during each individual trip.
