
Sales Administrator (Malta)
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our award-winning and continuously expanding business in Malta.
The purpose of the Sales Administrator is to support the sales team and Sales Manager Europe. Strong personal acumen is front and centre of this role as well as high levels of communication with clients and stakeholders in the business.
A desirable prerequisite for this role is a background in private jets or commercial airline sales or private jet brokerage. An understanding of the daily business operations and dedication to providing world-class service to our clients and passengers are key to the success of this role. You will report to the Sales Manager Europe and Base Manager, Malta.
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: €25,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
Job Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Manage and update spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support the preparation of client proposals and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, bookings, and client interactions.
- Handle general office duties (e.g., calls, emails, filing, supplies).
- Contribute to sales-focused projects and help identify business opportunities.

Requirements
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, formatting, data tracking).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (aviation experience a plus, but not required).
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
