Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our award-winning and continuously expanding business in Malta.

Our team at Air Charter Scotland Europe support the business in Malta and worldwide, has built a reputation as one of the most reliable private jet operators and is the
preferred private jet operator for some of the world’s biggest brands, leaders & celebrities.
The purpose of the Sales Executive role is to sell charter flights by engaging and responding to enquiries from our network of established Aircraft Broker customers, as well as build a new network of clients.

Your role is to ensure that our clients receive accurate and prompt information regarding enquiries and quotation requests in generating Charter Sales in the business.

Strong personal acumen is front and centre of this role as well as high levels of communication with clients and stakeholders in the business. The ability to work to under pressure and to strict deadlines.

A prerequisite of this role is a background in private jets or commercial airline sales or private jet brokerage. Knowledge of flight operations, crewing and aircraft performance profiles as well as airport suitability is desired. An understanding of the daily business operations and dedication to providing a world class service to our clients and passengers are key to the success of this role.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent – On-site | Shift-based schedule (including occasional weekends)
Salary: €35,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities Include

• Manage incoming charter enquiries and prepare tailored flight quotations.
• Negotiate with brokers, operators, and clients to secure bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Flight Support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to team targets.
• Represent Air Charter Scotland at events and networking opportunities when required.
