AIRWORTHINESS PLANNING & RECORDS SUPERVISOR (UK& EU)

As the Airworthiness Planning and Records Supervisor (UK & EU) you will work directly with and report to the Technical Services Manager to ensure aircraft maintenance is planned when due and to ensure all Technical Records received are entered into the aircraft continuing airworthiness records system in accordance with the appropriate regulations for the state of registration. You will co-ordinate and administer the planning activity for base and line maintenance inputs whilst having the ability to assist the Technical Services Manager and Continuing Airworthiness Manager in developing the airworthiness records system in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Compile and develop the Company base maintenance plan and system integration with CAMP and Portside
  • Strong relationship development with contracted suppliers and maintenance providers
  • Compile work scopes for the maintenance inputs defined on the fleet maintenance plan
  • Administer inter check planning items including FH/FC verification and Maintenance Statement production
  • Administer aircraft coming out of check including CRS processing
  • Aircraft data input to the applicable maintenance tracking system
  • Administer of maintenance tracking systems for the managed aircraft
  • Entering maintenance records into the aircraft continuing airworthiness records system IAW M.A.305
  • Collation and storage of original records with due consideration for the regulatory and program storage obligations
  • Ensure continual process and productivity improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience co-ordinating maintenance inputs and working within a CAMO is essential
  • Experience dealing with large volumes of data is essential
  • Experience working with CAMP Maintenance Tracking System is essential
  • Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years CAMO experience working as a maintenance planner or technical records administrator
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • ICT literate (Word, Excel, specific aviation software such as Leon, CAMP, Centrik or similar)
  • Self motivated with excellent time management and extremely well organised, methodical in your approach to work with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise in an ever-changing environment, remain clam and adapt under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with courtesy and integrity are also important
  • Strong numeracy skills
