This role will be based from our offices in Malta, you will be responsible for working on sales pipeline for senior members of the team, whilst also selling direct flights to prospects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build customer and owner profiles to ensure you create the best customer experience
  • Research qualified prospects and gather new leads by reading local business, industry and event publications
  • Meet a targeted number of new leads to grow sales
  • Support the regional offices by generating quotations when required
  • Follow up on any direct marketing campaigns with an agreed time frame to ascertain the interest of potential customers
  • Send relevant marketing material and maintain periodic contact via phone and email
  • Sales of direct flights and end clients
  • Act as support to the senior team throughout the sales process
  • Assist with proposals, follow ups and additional meetings
  • Provide timely reports on a weekly and monthly basis 


  • Business aviation background is preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • An entrepreneurial mind set and strong commercial spirit
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Familiar with Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in Malta
  • Knowledge of platforms such as; Avinode, ReturnJet & Leon.
